Collaborations

FAMILY
CO-THERAPY

Together with clinical psychologist and family therapist, Catherine Rouah, we offer co-therapy for complex family situations at our new offices in Valbonne, Kaleidoscope.
During co-therapy families benefit from the presence of two therapists, each bringing their own
expertise and perspective of the situation. This encourages flexibility, creativity, and inclusivity. Through a collaborative, transparent and reflective approach, families experience a richer and more comprehensive understanding of their dynamics, enabling the co-existence of multiple experiences within the family, and often enabling the perspectives of each family member, including quieter ones, to be brought forth more effectively. The presence of two therapists also provides a greater sense of safety for both family members and therapists when facing complex and emotionally intense situations, which often enables more substantial progress to be made with thorny issues.

SUPPORT
GROUPS

Together with clinical psychologist, Dr Ana Maloney, we offer mental health support and wellness groups, as well as one-off events and training. For more information visit the School of Good Listening website here, or just get in touch with me if you have any questions.
The groups aim to provide you with mental health tools that support your emotional resilience, communication skills, and ability to form warm connections with others.
